The POWER OAK and Power Oak SOLAR folding panel

This has been very handy peace of kit.. It has helped with quite allot of thing inside, outside the van, also around the house..

VOLT gage cig lighter with USB

I got this off Ebay.. It has been very useful telling me the voltage of the van when parked up, and when driving to make sure the alternator is charging at the right voltage. It also has 2 USB Fast charge ports

TOMTOM GO 620 SAT NAV

Got this from Curry’s.. I have always had TomTom.
Had 1 Garmin and didn’t like it..?
This is the 7 inch screen and also has vehicle size input

1 TB portable Hard Drives

I got these from Curry’s. I have 3, I use them when I am away in the van to store video and photos to save space on my laptop

BaoFeng Walkie Talkie UHF 400-470MHz 2-way Radio

I use this radio to talk to other van people that might be in our convoy or parked next to me..?
At home it is on all the time scanning all channels so shout me

HP LAP TOP

I use this on the road and travels to edit my videos, to find park ups on google maps, and of course to watch NetFlix and YouTube.

On the right is how I keep the laptop tilted and cool in hot weather

CAMERA’s

WiMius Action Cam

This is my second one of these (I ran over the first) It is a 4k cam and I used it allot in the early days as my No. One Cam. I did only record in 1080p as I could get more footage on an sd card..

SONY Handi Cam

This I used on a tri pod to film myself when working on the van. Also used it for its zoom when out and about.. I loved it.
Got it at Currys

DJI OSMO Action Cam

This is now First choice camera and use it all the time..
It was Donated to me from one of the vanlifers
who I thank so much.
It has everything that you ever need to make great videos..

I also use a Mic on the side to record sound with the adapter..

Tri Pod

I have had this tripod for over 20 years.. It was a cheap chines knock off.. It has proved to be a great ad-on.. I have used it for all my cameras, now I mostly use it to hold my phone to keep it steady

POWER BANKS

I have these 2. They are ace.. I use them allot. They keep my cameras, Phone and Drones topped up.. They will charge my phone about 8 times..

DJI MINI 2 & DJI MAVIC MINI 1

I started my Drone life with the DJI Phantom.. Then Upgraded to the Mavic mini 1.. It was so handy that I could put it in my pocket..

THEN.. DJI fetched out the Mini 2.. To me it was a must have..
it has a better 4k camera, and was able to fly away a better distance
